No. Email is only for signing in. Your account lives on your account key, which is made on your phone and only you have.

You must be 16 or older. Under-18s get teen mode automatically, and 18-rated content is never shown to them.

Sign in with your email on the new phone, then choose one:

1. Restore from your iCloud backup with your backup password or recovery code.
2. Open EGGIE on your old phone and scan the code to move your account over.

Without either one, and without your old phone, the account can’t be recovered. EGGIE never sees your account key, so we can’t restore it for you.

To stay safe, turn on the backup in Me → Settings → Account & security.

In the app: Me → Settings → Account & security → Delete account. Confirm with the code we email you, then submit.

You have 7 days to change your mind. After that your profile, photo, chats and points are deleted and your Eggy ID is unlinked.

Email privacy@oovixinc.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. The same 7-day window applies.

Safety records such as moderation logs are kept anonymized for 180 days. A few signed records can’t be erased, but your details, name and photo are removed — the privacy policy explains how.

Long-press a message, or open a profile, post or community, and tap Report. You can attach screenshots and block the person in the same step.

We review reports within 24 hours and let you know the result.

Tap Block on their profile or in the report form. They won’t be told. Undo it in Settings → Privacy → Blocked.

What you say to the Spirit, plus the contacts or event details a task needs. It’s processed by OpenAI and DeepSeek and encrypted in transit, and we require these providers not to use it to train their models. Account keys, passwords and codes are never sent.

Settings → Privacy → Spirit AI: clear your Spirit chats or withdraw consent. Everything else in EGGIE keeps working.
