Sign up with email. You must be 16 or older; under-18s get teen mode automatically.

Your account key stays on your phone. We can’t see or recover it — back it up.

No sexual content, violence, hate, harassment, scams, child endangerment or other illegal content.

We remove it on sight and may mute or ban the account. Suspected crimes are reported to the authorities.

Anyone can report or block. We act on reports within 24 hours.

Not allowed: sexual content, gore, hate, bullying, scams and impersonation, child endangerment, drugs, gambling and other illegal content.

What happens: content removed → muted for 1 or 7 days → banned. You’ll be notified and can appeal once within 7 days.

Content is rated U, P13 or 18. 18-rated content is never shown to teens.

Points come only from check-ins, events, tasks and inviting friends. They can’t be bought, cashed out or transferred, and they never expire.

Gifts creators receive only count toward level, rankings and perks, and can’t be cashed out.

Spirit’s replies come from a third-party AI model. They may be wrong and aren’t advice.

You own what you post. You let us store, show and deliver it to the people you share it with, only to run EGGIE.

Post only what you have the right to share.

EGGIE, its name, logo and design belong to Oovix. Don’t copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app, or use it to get around these terms.

You can stop using EGGIE and delete your account in the app any time. Your data is removed after 7 days.

We may end service for serious violations.

We work hard to keep EGGIE running and safe, but it’s provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, United States. If the law where you live lets you bring a claim at home, you keep that right.

When these terms change, we update the date at the top and ask you to agree again in the app.
